Lead Singer of Fervence
Stevie Blair (Stevie B) is the lead vocalist of progressive metal band Fervence.
The band started as guitarist Trent Odneal's solo project in Reno, NV in 2019, releasing Ghost (2020) and Realm // One (2024) before relocating to Austin, TX.
Stevie had been a fan for 4 years and had wanted to be in a metal band since 3rd grade. A singer since childhood, she learned to scream in 2020 to add harsh vocals to her powerful clean voice.
In late 2022, her former band — which practiced across the hall from Fervence — ended, and she approached Trent for a tryout. He wasn't even looking for a singer at the time, but her presence blew the band away.
She's known for doing both singing and screaming — a rare combination — and brings what the band calls "ethereal aggression" to their Metal Blade Records debut Constructs (2025).
You heard her on Louie Bee's Underground Ep. 7 live outside Bar Freda during the Constructs tour.
Lead Singer of Enthronment
Sarah (also known as Sarah Peterson) is the lead vocalist and screamer for the Houston, Texas-based metalcore/deathcore band Enthronement.
Band & Musical Details
• Band Name: Enthronement (Enthronement TX)
• Genre: Metalcore / Deathcore
• Origin: Houston, Texas
• Releases: Features singles and EPs including War Goddess (from their EP The False God) and Demiurge.
The Martyr is an East Rutherford, New Jersey quartet forged on a wintry night with fire in their veins — Gia on vocals, Marc on guitar, Mike on bass, and Tas on drums.
Blending the raw aggression of 2000s post-hardcore and emo with modern metalcore, jagged edges, anthemic melodies, and cinematic scope, The Martyr have built a reputation for explosive live energy, sharing stages with acts like Alesana, Attack Attack!, and Escape The Fate.
The band made their official entrance in 2018 with their debut EP Heavy Hearts, followed by New Ends (2019) and a run of singles that showed their evolution from punk-infused metal to something more experimental. Tracks like "Jackrabbit" marked their rebirth as The Martyr (formerly The Last Martyr), while later releases lean into electronic and hardstyle influences.
Self-produced in Marc's Philadelphia apartment, their 2024 EP Ashing My Thoughts and their latest two-track single Star 67 (2025/2026) capture that evolution — produced with longtime collaborator Nicolas Ramos, "Star 67" blends bright guitar leads, crushing instrumentation, flickering synths, and Gia's commanding voice, shifting from soaring melodic leads to aggressive growls.
The single's concept is about hiding your caller ID (*67) — a metaphor for masking your true self, the exhaustion of maintaining a façade while privately falling apart.
Vocalist Gia is the anchor — praised for powerful, raw, emotionally charged delivery that can float above sparse arrangements or cut through chaotic, layered wal… Read More
